Having worked in the IT field , I have gained extensive experience in providing technical assistance, managing networks, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. I have a deep understanding of various operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, Ubuntu and I am proficient in network administration, server maintenance, and database management. Additionally, I possess a solid foundation in use of graphics application packages, office suite enabling me to develop efficient solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. I excel in diagnosing complex technical issues, devising innovative solutions, and implementing them in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize system performance. My ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of technical understanding has enabled me to provide clear instructions and deliver training sessions to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and software applications.
