I am proficient in utilizing industry-standard tools and software, such as MS Excel, Microsoft Office Packages, and data visualization platforms, like Power BI to analyze and present complex data effectively.
In addition to my training background, I have practical experience working as a Business/Data Operations Officer at Coastwise Limited. This opportunity allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, where I successfully conducted market research, identified process improvement opportunities, and assisted in the implementation of new systems. I developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
