I spent +7years with Schlumberger International from October 2007, with multiple countries coverage (from Home Country Mobile to International Mobile Staff). I worked initially as Field Engineer, highly promoting various Testing Field Services from TCP guns, Drill Stem Test String, Subsea Components, Data Acuisition, Downhole and Surface Sampling, Surface Testing Equipment and Oilphase Software. Then I was appointed to Management positions after 5 years, upon successful completion of my General Field Engineer Project and Senior Management Presentation/Validation. I then joined Weatherford International in September 2014 as Project Manager assigned in Cameroon; where I led successful market penetration and growth for technology differentiators, with Secure Drilling Services software, equipment, services and application being the heart of the business - Microflux Control System. I took up roles of larger visibility and impacts, and of wider regional responsibilities: I led yearly Sales ramp up above $3MM. I was appointed Account Manager for Central Africa Customers-beyond $39MM/year Sales plan and achieved about 25% prices increase and secured a strategic $4MM contract. I was then transferred to Nigeria in October 2019, as a recognition of performance and as Account Manager for International Oil&Gas Customers (ExxonMobil, Total E&P, Chevron and Addax Petroleum). I have since being working as consultant for several firms in Nigeria, after the pandemic hit. And knowing this well that technology, business processes and models are continuously and tremendously evolving, I am currently getting a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from MIT School Of Management, in collaboration with Columbia Business School-Remote. As an exquisite problem solver with robust communication skills and strong experience in this role, the desire and passion to embrace change, and to bring substantial impacts to a proactive organization, remain my main motivation.
