I am an Experienced Operations Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications and IT industry 14 years experience within the Contact Center of 3 different companies, 10 years in leadership roles. working with internal and external clients to ensure stability, good performance and growth. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and skills to deliver outstandingly in an operational environment.

Among my many achievements are: Led the team of setting up a 50 seat call center. First Team Manager for Dynamics ERP in Tek Experts. Performance led to the expansion from 22 to over 100 team members. As I aspire to be part of a growing organisation, I also am always willing to learn more skills and seek improvement opportunities. 

Skilled in Customer Experience Management, Microsoft Applications, Strategic Planning, Data Analysis, Telecommunications, Performance Management and Change Management. Contact Center Operations and Management. Strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Public Administration from University of Abuja.
