I am an Experienced Operations Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications and IT industry 14 years experience within the Contact Center of 3 different companies, 10 years in leadership roles. working with internal and external clients to ensure stability, good performance and growth. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and skills to deliver outstandingly in an operational environment.
Among my many achievements are: Led the team of setting up a 50 seat call center. First Team Manager for Dynamics ERP in Tek Experts. Performance led to the expansion from 22 to over 100 team members. As I aspire to be part of a growing organisation, I also am always willing to learn more skills and seek improvement opportunities.
