About Praise Ogbalu:

Praise is all about innovation, digital customer service and Product Management. An Information Technology graduate from the University of Hertfordshire, adorned with over six years experience in Customer Success,  Digital Banking, Customer Experience, and Product Management.

He has partaken in multiple e-channel projects at Access Bank, including presenting his very own solution; Securemoji to the bank's MD (Herbert Wigwe) and Board of Directors at Dragon's Den, a solution which was greenlit and implemented as a login enhancement mechanism on one of the bank's flagship mobile applications.

Creativity is at the bedrock of his work ethic. A valiant multitasker and inventive thinker, consistently obtaining scores of A* and A during team appraisals, putting what has been described as his forensic level of attention to detail, to good use.
