I am an experienced Production/Process Technician with 4+ years of experience in the FMCG and plastic molding industry. Dedicated to the craft and always looking for opportunities to maintain machine components, monitor and improve process flows and reduce breakdowns or other problems impacting production results. Skilled in Tooling changeover, Total Productive Management, Equipment setup, Process Automation, Instrumentation, and Maintenance technologies.Knowledge and experience of automation and control, conveyor systems and mechanical systems

Basic understanding of PLC’s and control systems ( Relay Logic)

Lean manufacturing methodologies experience including TPM, 5S, Kaizen and PPS (Practical Problem Solving) techniques.
