I am enterprising man of repute, resilient and hardworking with dynamic skills required to achieve an Organization’s Objectives. I presently serve as lead trainer (Consultant) on Mindset Reorientation and Design Thinking for Entrepreneurial Competencies for Nigerian Youths Chamber of Commerce.
I have over ten years relevant experience (Human Resources, Health, Education and Development programs) in Africa.
I had served as a (Consultant) Master Trainer/Facilitator for ARFH/ UNICEF/NYSC on their collaborative project on National Adolescent Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Project for over six years with a versed experience in General Trainings, Gender Issues, Behavior Change Communication, OVC, Advocacy, Community Mobilization and Curriculum Development.
I have concluded a Certificate Course on Data Science & Machine Learning from Early Code Institute and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization in Human Resources Management from Ajayi Crowther University.
I also have a Micro Masters Certificate in People Management from Indian Institute of Management.
I have a professional Post Graduate Degree In Monitoring and Evaluation from Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria, moderated by University of Ibadan.
I also have a Bachelor Degree in Economics Education from Ebonyi State University.
I am Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria.

I was the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer with Society for Life Improvement and Development (SOLID), with versed experience in Program Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation using various tools.
I have also worked as the Area Manager, LAWQUEST Ltd Abuja - an accredited organization by the National Institute of Continue legal Education for Conducting Trainings for Lawyers on the Compulsory Continue Legal Education Program - and have been exposed to general Organization Operations.
I had served as a (Consultant) Monitor/Supervisor for National Primary Healthcare Development Agency on National Immunization plus Days (NIPD) and Sub national Immunization plus Days (SNIPD) with versed experiences on its procedures for reporting.
I have commitment to continuous learning in order to keep abreast with developments. This has enhanced my understanding of organizational development and human resources strategy.
