Opeoluwa Onafadeji

I am Opeolu. Onafadeji, a graduate of the prestigious University of Lagos over a decade ago, I was also privileged to have  attended King's College Lagos prior to my gaining admission into University of Lagos.

Currently I work with a Top organisation in Lagos where I serve as a Company Secretary. I am privileged to help the company in carrying out company secretarial duties while also serving as an adviser to boards of companies affiliated to my firm. I also engage in drafting and negotiating various high level transactional agreements, commercial documents including domestic and international trade documents. I am also privileged to assist in the development of new and more effective business models to improve the quality of several of the firm’s Client's s licensing transactions.

 With a little over 13 years working experience, having acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Law and having also completed a Master’s degree (LLM) in the same field with modules in Energy Law and Secured Credit Law, coupled with a certification in Company secretarial duties (ICSAN), I believe can effectively carry out the core duties of the above subject position if given the chance to.

 Over the years, I have been privileged to represent diverse range of clients, from corporate entities (like Berger paints Plc, Fintrak Software Company Limited, CityCode Mortgage Bank) to high end individuals in court proceedings, drafting of legal documents including Contracts, Mortgages, Real Estate instruments, Business proposals, reviewing of complex contracts, Leases, Memoranda of Understanding, Investment/Trade agreements, Wills and Testaments among others.
