My name is Oluwatosin Owoseni, I am a Scrum Master with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry. I have a proven track record of success in leading and facilitating Scrum teams. I am a certified SAFe Scrum Master and I have a strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles. I am also a skilled facilitator and I am able to create a positive and collaborative work environment.

I am passionate about helping teams deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. I am also committed to creating a culture of continuous improvement.

    sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint
    retrospectives
  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework
    and Agile principles.

  • Track the team's progress and ensure that they are
    on track to meet their goals.
  •  Align the team with the product owner's vision for
    the product.
