Experience

Maintenance officer duties

Give report on Maintenance to the Director.
Identify and lead cost and technical improvement projects in the plant.
Responsible for reduction of Break Down / Minor Stoppages and preparing of Break Down Analysis, report and Deployment of Breakdown to various machines in Packaging
Attending to Electrical and Mechanical faults before the Craftsman.
Report any issues that require maintenance.

Waiter/Cleaner duties

Greeting customers and handout menu.
Handle all guest complain in a professional manner.
Inform customer’s about the day special.
Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants.
Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture.
Empty trash bins.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Change linens and towels and replace toiletries.
Restock cleaning supplies in the hand cart.
Report any issues that require maintenance.
