About Olusegun Ajala:
I am an experienced, result oriented Business Manager as well as a Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR Professional. I prudently and professionally manage the lean resources available in the face of difficult and risky business environments with its associated market instability and rising costs, to deliver budgeted volumes and profits. I also create a motivating and competitive environment where employees can fully express themselves in terms of their skills, exhibit their potentials to the fullest and deliver superlative business results knowing fully well that an equitable reward system exists, and that when the business grows they grow with it. In addition, I provide good leadership to members of my Team through coaching, discipline and leading by example.

I worked with Seven-up Bottling Company until September 2021 as the General Manager in charge of People and Business Management and Development; as well as Top and Bottom Line results which is in a similar capacity as the role advertised.
I moved from that role to that of the Chief Operating Officer with DO.II Designs, Lagos, in the same September 2021 because of the security risks in Kaduna where I was operating from as General Manager in Seven-up. In this COO’s role I am also responsible for the profitable, day to day running of the organization, as well as the effective management of its operations, staff, budget, and formulation of strategy and establishment of policies for the well-being of the business.
I have steadily grown through the ranks for more than 20 years with an optimal performance in various People and Business Management Operations, HR, Finance and Supply Chain - Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing. My expertise which covers Performance Management, Interpersonal Relationship, etc., makes me an ideal candidate for the role.
Instrumental to my managerial success is my leadership abilities, discipline and passion for coaching and developing my team ranging between 500 and 1,000 employees. I create a motivating and competitive environment where employees can fully express themselves in terms of their skills and exhibit their potentials to the fullest knowing full well that an equitable reward system exists, and that when the business grows they grow with it.
In addition, I currently report to the CEO and the Board of Directors. This exposure has improved my understanding of the rudiments of People and Business Management, as I play a major role as a key decision maker in every matter affecting the profitability and well-being of my current company and the previous companies I have worked with.
