I have a proven and dynamic career in economic and housing management within Nigerian and British public, sector providing leadership, responsive and change management and regeneration services in a highly demanding and politically sensitive environment. I have over twenty years’ experience of providing and managing multi-functional department; developing policies and implementing strategies while leading organizational change across diverse services.

I have proven pedigree of transforming failing service into efficient and performance oriented outfit. I have wide knowledge of public service protocols and also, expertise in executing change driven process, improvements to increase growth, operational efficiency and all round profitability. I have experience of working within politically sensitive environment and lead administrative changes

I have recorded achievements in contact negotiations, process implementation and  controls. I have sat on the board of three public bodies, over time, with responsibility for social engagement and inclusion, change management and community cohesion.
