I am a professional Mechanical Engineer. I  graduated from Federal University of Technology, Minna. I have worked for various organizations. I offers SERVICES, NOT a freelancer. I worked as senior maintenance Engineer /Assistant Facility manager for  Julius Berger Nigeria Plc in the last 18 years. we majorly on the both soft and hard Facility maintenance. we carried out the following maintenance procedures:

• Preventive maintenance
• Proactive maintenance
• Predictive maintenance
• Corrective maintenance

I also worked as Assistant Facility  manager, by distributing the tasks through the Job orders to all the respective workers in the maintenance crew/team and tracking back with adequate supervision to ensure all the tasks are done perfectly and then report  back to my Boss who is the Facility management. I was involve in proper documentation and procurement. I schedule meetings with our Clients and also attend the meetings. I was in-charge of the following Facilities:

 * Julius Berger Head quarters building, Abuja

*NIA Buildings in Abuja

*PTDF towers in Abuja

*Ecowas Parliament building at the Central area. etc

I am a registered Engineer with COREN and NSE.
