I am writing to express my strong interest in your open position Area Manager, for your organization which I saw recently posted on social media. Am Francis Oloruntobi, Masters in Business administration.
Naturally, I have passion in research, because of this, I did a volunteer job for Impact Africa  NGO organisation, where have serve as data collector officer, project coordinator, monitor and evaluation officer etc.
I started my paid job as market research personnel and Loan officer with Opera MFB. Working with Opera, I was able to navigate around different roles, such as product manager, team coordinator, city coordinator as well as an administrator. 
Throughout my career, I have contributed to impacting establishment outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of key projects. 
Working with Opera, help me to develop all skills needed. I began working as a market research/Loan officer with this micro finance organization as at 2018, where I had the opportunity in all capacity to showcase and serve as market research personnel and Loan officer. My eagerness to learn and try new methods helped me to quickly progress through this Agency. As I moved from sales tasks to coordinating/supervising task (Team Lead). This gave me an opportunity to coordinate and oversee about 50 sales executives where I was able to showcase Emotional intelligence EQ, intelligence quotient IQ, an ability to think strategically, A keen sense of responsibility, initiative, and an ability to inspire and execute tactically. All these soft skills make the department I supervise grow in achieving their goals and increase more productivity. With this achievement of my department, I was also giving an opportunity to grew through to became a city coordinator, where I was overseeing all the team leads under my region. Previously, in my managerial role, I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving. 
I am independently motivated, yet I appreciate team efforts and collaborate productively within groups.  I feel I am ready to take the next step in my career and work as a Area manager with this Organization..

OPERA ADVERTISING AGENCY (ADVERTISING FIRM) as Market Research Personnel and sales officer to; Research, compile and Analyze Product, identify a potential new market, Sale opportunity and effective way to navigate sales. As a Team Coordinator I work with this organization to coordinate and oversee sales executives and also supervise all the operational activities with the team leads under my region, ensure weekly, monthly target of my team and also monitor and supervise monthly report to ensure accuracy.     May 2018 - Feb 2020      

                          HALO CREDIT: working with this organization as Reconciliation and Loan Recovery Officer: To alert, follow up and recover defaulted loan by conducting site visit, coordinating with local authority, manually settling overdue, blocking account of overdue clients and solve the problems with overdue and defaulted clients.SEPT. 2020 – JUNE 2021

 FAST CASH LTD: working with this organization as a Loan Officer my duties was to evaluate credit worthiness, interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans, set up a debt payment plans, prepare a regular report on status of collections and code calling as well as visiting the loan overdue clients to review the payment plan.                                              .                          JULY 2021-TILL DATE
