My Name is Martins Azu, My Last employer was Sunking Nigeria as a Regional Collection Manager, Specialized in Energy but before then, Worked with the Defunct Diamond Bank as a Retail Collection Officer.  

In All my experience working in the DEbt recovery and Collection, i have always achieved my set target back to back, In Diamond Bank, We have Accounts in different Buckets, at Different % Target which must be met and i have done that before moving to Sunking.

In Sunking, The target is 80% Collection Rate, which i close the Region on a Collection Rate of 90% and planned to exceed that target.

I know i can do more better any where i find myself as i prefer target achievement to Excuse and i believe i can deliver

I worked with Sunking from Nov 23rd, 2017 to Nov 23rd 2022. A 5 years working Experience in Field Recovery, Fraud management and prevention, Agent's loyalty, Collection drives.

Target set started from 40%, till it got to 80% and at each point in Time, Target is achieved before the Bar is raised and surpassed.

In Diamond Bank, Target is set according to Buckets, which form basis for pay out, and non-Performance leads to retrenchment. and worked with the Bank from Jan 2012 to Nov 23rd 2017 before moving to Sunking
