3. Successfully led students to an International Science Fair (OKSEF) held in Izmir, Turkey from 10th – 17th June, 2019, receiving Second Place position award in the Engineering - Energy category. 
4. Increased the number of students completing assignments on time by 48% by employing group studies initiative
