Spent Academy is a fast-growing, AI-powered technology training institute dedicated to transforming lives through digital skills, innovation, and certification programs.
We equip students, youths, and professionals with in-demand skills in AI, Web3, design, development, cybersecurity, and automation.
We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand visibility, student acquisition, partnerships, and community growth.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive enrollment, increase brand awareness, strengthen partnerships, and position Spent Academy as a leading tech education brand in Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Drive student enrollment growth across all programs
Develop positioning strategies for new course launches and events
Create marketing funnels for physical and online training
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok)
Oversee paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Lead email marketing campaigns and automation
Optimize SEO and website performance
Track campaign performance and generate monthly analytics reports
Brand & Content Development
Develop compelling brand storytelling
Oversee content calendar (graphics, reels, carousels, blogs)
Coordinate video marketing and testimonial campaigns
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Community & Partnerships
Build strategic partnerships with institutions and organizations
Support event marketing (TechXcellence, workshops, bootcamps)
Drive campus and youth community engagement
Manage ambassadors and referral programs
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise marketing team members
Collaborate with design, tech, and operations teams
Manage marketing budget effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3–5+ years experience in digital marketing (tech/education preferred)
Strong understanding of AI tools for marketing automation
Experience running paid advertising campaigns
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with analytics experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech or tech startup environment
CRM and marketing automation experience
Funnel building and conversion optimization
Event marketing experience
Video marketing and personal branding knowledge
