FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA PLC. Lagos/Apapa, Nigeria

Flour Miller (12 years work experienc  currently in service)

*Assisting the Head Miller in effective and efficient running of Buhler automated PLC Mills with installed capacity of 2822MT/24HRS comprising of 1000tons mill Soft Biscuit/Wafers/Noodles flour, 750tons mill of Bread flour, 432tons mill of pasta, 550tons of mill semovita/pasta and 90tons of mill while wheat (Goldenvita) product.
*Managing milling process, wheat blending/cleaning and grist monitoring/blending formulation to optimize yields, moisture, capacity and product quality in accordance with Budgetary parameters.
*Analyzing, diagnosing and rectifying faults or problems which causes inefficiencies in the operations. With specific emphasis on the mill and screen room control systems.
*Ensuring sufficient stocks of micro ingredients and additives are available to meet specification targets.
*Ensuring all work is performed with due diligence and in confirmation of all current and future relevant legislation and company procedures. Specific reference being made to Health and safety, WHS, LOTO, Hygiene, COSHH, HACCP, Electrical Regulations and OHS.
*Optimizing milling performance by carrying out OEE for milling/cleaning machinery and equipment to maximize milling utilization and minimize unplanned downtime.
*Maintaining clear records and data bases relating to all operational matters and process control systems daily.
*Preparing maintenance schedule for the mill and preparing day planning procuring needed in milling materials, controlling spare parts inventory for roll, sifters, purifiers, and other milling equipment.
*Coaching/Training milling staff to enhance best practice execution and performing work quality checks.
*Determine & measuring KP1 to ensure continuous improvements in the organization.

*Ensuring daily mill operations are
completed to the correct standard, including all mill GMP task, QSHE standards, food safety task and hygiene duties.
*Sampling and analyzing of raw wheats, internal stocks and finished products, as required to produce the quality of products as required by the company.
*Forcasting Offals Production.
