About Ogunsanwo Oyinda:

My name is ogunbiyi taiwo née (Ogunsanwo), Am 27years, I presently work at Rhoyal home health care LTD, I am an experienced caregiver with 2years in the field of caregiving. I ve professionally worked with people with dementia, Alzheimer, and people with mobility needs. I have worked with the elderly from diverse cultures and beliefs and I have the knowledge of preparing meals according to the client's ethnic background. I am available immediately and have a resume and references available upon request.

Experience

As an ambitious fellow with communication proficiency and extensive care giver experience. I was thrilled to learn about the opening of the care assistant. I was compelled to contact you with my interest as it would be a career highlight to be considered for such an opportunity with care service.
I believe my professional background and management drive make me an ideal candidate to fill this position. My interest in care assistant was triggered in my early years in school, through my landlady because I stayed off campus. My landlady was an old woman who lacked care, and due to this she couldn’t walk any longer, so I stood by her with all my ability and strength. Daily, I would wake up as early as 5:30 am to care for her before going to school for lectures.
I found pleasure in doing this because I equally enjoyed her talks on her lifelong lessons and as an old woman of 95 years of age; she told me things to expect in the race of life. She told me about herself, and how she spent her youthful life on drug abuse, which led to her womb rupturing. She equally shared with me, her marital woes in two separate marriages which involved domestic violence.
While in school, I also joined community service, to educate the non-educated about (environmental sanitation/hygiene). It is interesting to know that the passion I have for this job, made me further acquire online course certification in the Public Health Research (PHR), Health Ethics Committee (HEC), Conflict of interest (COI), Mental Health for Higher Ed and Healthcare, and Nigerian National Code for Health Research Ethics at The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program).
I also acquire 15 care standard course, E- learning training and certification at Florence academy. I am currently undergoing COVID-19 and human research programs, and Information privacy and security (IPS) which will be concluded in due time from the above institution. I am currently working in Rhoyal home Health care LTD as a caregiver assistant.
Furthermore, I have skillfully balanced organizational objectives and productive relationships, strategizing and recommending ways in which to achieve and maintain a competitive care home. My leadership and management talent have also supported my professional growth.
