Implement Scheduled maintenance of Gas Compressors, including daily maintenance, preventive maintenance,
planned outages, reactive maintenance, and equipment installation and removal.
Carry out troubleshooting, diagnosis, general repairs and preventive maintenance of all models of Caterpillar
Compressor engines, Gas Transmission Compressors, Electrical Power Generators and pumps.
Performs preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on equipment according to established guidelines
and time frames.
Ensure breakdowns are responded to in a timely manner and carry out and apply effective fault finding and
investigation techniques
Hands in Executing major services, overhauls and intrusive maintenance on site equipment
Troubleshoots and diagnose routine problems or recurring malfunctions of company assets and choose course of
action.
Completes troubleshooting repairs and/or modifications work on equipment.
Performs daily inspections of tools and equipment used.
Ensures cleanliness of hand tools, equipment and parts.
Adjusts valves and equipment to obtain specified performance.
Routine inspection on all rotating equipment
Consulting diagrams and technical documentation such as schematics, manuals, standards and codes.
