Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Benin City for a Maintenance Technician / Electrician / Plumber / Carpenter / HVAC professional.

The role involves performing regular equipment maintenance, resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance routines, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or structural problems.

Additional responsibilities include repairing or replacing faulty components and ensuring smooth operation of industrial systems within the premises.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
Expertise in Maintenance & Repair across technical and structural aspects
Relevant certifications or technical training in fields such as electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC systems
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and technical aptitude
Adaptability to work in a 4-star hospitality setting with high standards
Previous work experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is highly advantageous
