I have over three years of experience in customer support and data entry across the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and fintech industries. 

At Zoggar Pharmaceutical, I managed customer records and transactions with accuracy. At Transtell Hotel, I provided front‑line support, resolving guest inquiries and ensuring smooth service. At Access Bank Plc, I assisted clients with account opening and digital banking activation, delivering professional and efficient service.  

I am familiar with CRM tools (Freshdesk, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot) and skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Comfortable with remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom, I combine communication, empathy, and attention to detail to deliver excellent client experiences and reliable documentation.
