Experience
I had 4 years work experience in a travel and tours industry. Smoothwaka travels and Immaclo travels, were I attend to customers request on flights booking and hotels reservation. I also advertise our brand on social media and response to their comments.
I also had an experience as a customer service representative in one of the the reputable financial institution were I was also able to assist customers with their request and complains.
