I am a Human Resources Generalist with over 9 years’ experience in HR Operational activities, Human Capital Management and Change Management and I would love to put my skills to work for the Company.

Having worked as Head Local Operations in two of the Port-Harcourt branches of First Bank Nigeria, I was accountable for the creation and application of HR operational strategies that work and that would generate maximum value on a daily basis. I organized office operations and procedures, reviewed and simplified operational processes that minimized cost, reduced operational risks and maximized operational efficiencies while creating a transparent and enabling environment of smarter controls that rendered my team agile, resilient and constantly focused on the bank’s objectives. Thus, I would be bringing in strong organizational skills and strong work ethics needed to ensure smooth office operations.

I possess the ability to make the best use of available resources to achieve sustainable outcomes and one of the ways I led my team in doing this was by developing an operational year plan for our activities. This enabled me to track our performance through customer and business metrics, to ensure efficiency in our different operational roles, with the aim of meeting intended objectives. That way, everyone knew where they stood and how they could efficiently utilize the bank’s resources, in ways that would be most beneficial from the bank’s point of view.
