I am highly organized, focused and result-driven business administrator with a background in customer service Representative, sales and marketing, client relations, case officer on HIV/AIDS and  gender based violence, Tubaclosis counselling, head of school and call agent. I aspire to work in a challenging atmosphere that lets me exhibit my skills in managing operation duties. I am proficient in computer productivity software, departmental budgeting procedures, and general management skills. Possesses a strong understanding of the relationship between office personnel and the necessary tools for maximum productivity.
 

USAID CARE CENTRE –ABUJA
GBV AND HIV/AIDS Case officer April 2021 to date:
Providing information on HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, PEP and PrEP
Attending to issues regarding key population and proving necessary counseling on GBV and HIV/AIDS 
Responding to inquiries and complaints regarding Gender based violence, HIV and AIDS as per scope of program 
Provide first-line support with effective use of LIVES
Referring clients to necessary facilities such as OSS center for necessary treatment and care 
Follow up on medication refill and adherence to ART/ARV
Tract, documents information and prepare standard reports tracking workload and quality input

NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS CONTACT CENTER
Tubaclosis case manager JANUARY 2021 TO April 2021:
Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls
Referring clients to necessary facilities across the county for treatment and drugs refill
Educating client about tuberculosis, how the virus spread
Resolving client complaints
Follow up on drugs refill and adherence
