I am an Experience heavy duty mechanical Engineer with experience in Computer base diagnostic, Electricals, mechanical and also hydraulic systems 

Directing and performance of maintenance work in installation, repair on
Mechanical and electrical system.
Organizing and undertaking routine checks of equipment as well as carrying out
Quality inspections.
Root cause analysis for failure of components / identifying and investigating of Diesel Engine faults.
Monitoring the performance of machinery and systems.
Co-ordinate and organize the routine servicing as, and when required accordingto
OEM specifications.
liaising with store department that servicing parts are available in advance of
Requirement.
Daily reporting and liaising with workshop manager on all break down and repair Progress
Undertaking routine inspections of engines, gear boxes, hydraulics, electrical
Systems, tires and frames
Checking new equipment before it’s used on site.
Diagnose machinery problems using CAT ET, SIS, prosis and OBD etc.
Calibration and configuration of machine control systems.
Electrical Systems and components, including ignition, fuel injection and engine
Management systems, anti-lock braking, battery, wiring and charging systems,
Heating and air conditioning systems, lighting and indicators.
Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
Reassembling and testing components to ensure they’re working safely
Install and uninstall machine mechanical components.
Diagnose and fixed engine failure.
Carryout major component rekiting and overhauling final drive, Hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors et.c
Carryout machines under carriage jobs.
Report writing and machine data collection
Carryout hourly services on all machines.
Troubleshoot, repair and servicing of machine hydraulic system failure.
