I am currently responsible for the collation, reconciliation, and reporting of government Hospitals collections in Kwara State. I have proven since my  employment with the Service to be very reliable in what I do. My attention to details is second to none, giving error free reports ALL the time. I have made hospital report rendition a smooth process for the department by ensuring timely reconciliation is done. This have been made possible by establishing cordial relationship with respective revenue officers manning difference locations; and by giving recommendations for design of easy-to-use reporting templates. I go extra miles to ensure all area office collections are properly captured. This is why at directorate remittance level, it is said that my reporting is always top-notch, and this had earned me an award of the best staff of the Service for the Month of July in 2018 and best staff of the Department for the 3rd Quarter of 2022.

I read figures and makes a lot of inferences from them, hence alerting the department on possible situations which may present themselves. This allows the department to proffer solutions well in advance.

In addition to adding value to my desk, I am a very punctual member of staff and highly responsible.

These and many more are some of the qualities that makes me get positive recommendations from my bosses.

To conclude, I believe my skills in general administration and organization, along with my superior team leadership and staff management abilities, position me to excel. I would appreciate the chance to offer more insight into my qualifications. Thank you for your consideration.

While I’ve gained important skills in my experience with this role, like communication and time management, I want to focus more on honing my leadership and writing skills. I’m excited that this role provides more opportunities to grow those skills.

I am a graduate of University of Ilorin, Ilorin with my first degree in History and second degree in International Studies.
