Dear Hiring Manger,
I am a recent graduate from the department of Linguistics and Nigeria languages with a year experience as a customer service operator and a guest relation officer.
I shuffle working as guest relation officer and customer service operator in Transcorp Hilton Abuja.My work routine consist of attending to phone calls,handling customer request and complaint in an efficient and professional manner,transferring calls to appropriate places,assisting guest in a timely manner to avoid long waiting time.I also help in de-escalating issues with upset guest by providing friendly and excellent services.
Over the years as a student and working as a guest relation officer,I have polished my written and verbal communication skills,i have also improved my skills in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word to assist in carrying out my responsibilities professionally and swiftly as a guest relation officer

I am also a Junior graphic designer with less than a year experience using design tools - Canvas, Adobe photoshop in designing flyers,social media campaign with my experience based in visual designs. I have provided my services to multiple professionalorganizations ,non-governmental organization and individuals. Understanding the clients request and delivering given my knowledge in management and designing.I can also transfer my stills when necessary.
Per education qualification , I have a B.A in Linguistics and Nigeria languages,having graduated from Ekiti state universty, Ado-Ekiti., I also have different certificates in customer services operations and certificates in soft skills training.
