Sir/Ma, I am putting my application for this job as I happen to be a perfect match to take up such responsibility, with a five year out of seven in the culinary space has been Asian cuisines chef. Haven worked in different restaurant, fine and casual dining and cafe both hot and cold section from kitchen helper to line cook, trainer to chef . With  a sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene protocol, good customer service. Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, have eyes for details, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Started as a kitchen helper in Asia work restaurant thai cuisine and den pfchangs restaurant 2017 - 2020 started as commis 2 and den promoted to line cook and team trainer, also Chinese cuisine and den I move to kitopi catering kitchen as a Demi chef and klassik cafe Dubai mall a a chef de partie.
