Position: Mechanical Technician (NLNG Train 4, 5 & 6) Routine Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
 Removal and reinstatement of valves (relief valve, gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve).
 Overhauling of relief valve.
 Removal and reinstatement of actuator.
 Removal and reinstatement of KANE pump.
 Removal and replacement of drive end and none drive end bearing, for single stage compressor, gear box and motor.
 Greasing exercise of motor bearing.
 Removal and replacement of nitrogen expander.
 Removal of heat exchanger bundle for jet washing and reinstatement.
 Spading and de-spading of flanges.
 Greasing the stem of valves, using grease gun.
 Removal and reinstatement of cooler.

Position: Mechanical Technician (NLNG Train 1, 2 & 3) Routine Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:

 Removal of motor and reinstatement
 Testing of relief valve, with valve testing machine.
 Overhaul of relief valve.
 Lapping of disc and nozzle
 Repair, gate valve
 Changing of oil on overhead crane
 Removal of valves and reinstatement 
 Spading and de spading of a gas pipeline using flange
 Changing of oil in a pump
 Changing of lube oil filter, in lube oil tank.
 Removal and reinstatement of sparkplug 
 Spading and de- spading of fuel gas line
 Changing of fan guard 
 Removal and reinstatement of strainer from a pump for jet washing
 Removal and reinstatement of gate valve.
