POSITION: PLANT OPERATOR / CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
Set up machinery/Cryogenic plant  for operation.
Start machinery/Cryogenic plant and make adjustments to machinery/plant when necessary to improve performance.
Operate and monitor Air separation plant/unit.
Perform condition monitoring of different category equipment through vibration monitoring, oil analysis, Electrical equipment, and production parameters.
Monitoring of system and process data and making necessary adjustments when needed.
Maintain a manual logbook of operation and maintenance activities.
Training and breeding of incoming Engineer and Technician.
Timely reporting of abnormality observed and prepare reports and follow up on repairs.
Inspection of incoming rotating equipment components material.
Design, control, and implement Mechanical systems and products.
Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions and SOP.
Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance.
Assist in reviewing and updating operating procedures as required.
Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
Checking and monitoring of CAT Generators during production hours, these include PRMS(Pressure Reducing and Metering Station) and gauges data.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Clean machineries and maintain cleanliness in work area.
Comply and engage with all General administrative functions related to the role.

POSITION: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Performing all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule.
Perform routine maintenance on CAT generators when due.
Carry out preventive maintenance in due time.
Perform Maintenance and repairs on Compressor ( bizzer screw compressor, centrifugal compressor), centrifugal pumps, Cryogenic pump cold ends, valves of different kinds, electric motors, Heat exchanger, Cryogenic expanders, Cryogenic fractionating column and cooling tower.
Completing paperwork relating to the maintenance procedures in a timely manner.
Preparing the equipment for the workplace.
Carrying out visual inspections, adjustment operations, adjustments, changing and filling operating fluids and replacing wear parts.
Work with contractors and vendors to ensure equipment and systems are maintained and repaired as needed.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all patrons and employees..
Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments and vendors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Implement a maintenance schedule that minimizes downtime and maximizes efficiency.

POSITION: FIELD TECHNICIAN
Write technical reports in English language and fill in all required job related protocols and reports.
Plan, organize and direct activities at site to the personnel assigned.
Actively assist with ideas and solutions during trouble shooting or problem solving.
Handling Cryogenic liquid transfer from one vessel to another following standard operating procedure.
Maintains personal tools clean and routinely does inventory check.
Identify the main components of the equipment / system and explain the working / function principle of these parts.
Read and understand drawings and PID`s.
In the absence of a Mechanical Supervisor, independently take over and carry out temporarily the leading tasks at site.

Involved in the running of the automated  cryogenic oxygen and nitrogen plant that uses S7 simatic  software for controlling process parameters , adjusting process equipment and improving production outcome.
Involved in equipment and plant maintenance which include pumps, contactors, electric    motors, valves, piping , heat exchanger, Gauge, Expander/turbines, compressors, metering system and structure.
Involved in filling of Liquid Nitrogen and oxygen  into  cryogenic Tanks and also handling of  cryogenic liquid transfer from tanks to Cryogenic vessels.
