MARY AKINRINMADE

I am a legal practitioner with years of experience in the litigation and corporate practice. I incorporate companies, start-Up advisory, real estate management, corporate management and ensure compliance with different regulatory bodies. I am a researcher, draftsman, contract specialist and an Energy Law advocate. 

I am currently working at RiftOil Petroleum Company and other sister companies like Yolde Energies Limited as the Legal officer. I have interned and worked at other law firms like Legal Hedges and Jola Akintola & Co.

LLB in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, BL from Nigeria Law school, AICMC from Institue of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. I also have certification in Corporate Finance and Management from Corporate Finance Institute.
