I am a multifaceted Facility Manager and Operations professional with hands-on experience across education, pharmaceuticals and real estate development. I began my journey as a Maintenance Officer in a veterinary pharmaceutical company, where i strengthened my technical competence in equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and preventive systems in a high-standards environment.

I currently serve as the Facility Manager for Sunflower Schools, overseeing infrastructure, safety, utilities, vendor coordination, and operational readiness to maintain a secure, functional and hygienic learning environment.

I had the priveledge to further expanded my leadership portfolio as the Facility Manager and Head of Operations at 123 Homes & Facility Managers Ltd., where i coordinated estate development activities, managed building materials, supervised cross-functional teams, streamlined workflows and ensured the smooth running of facility and operational processes across the company.

My work is defined by operational discipline, preventive maintenance expertise, strong team coordination and a commitment to creating environments where people and systems function at their best.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education Physics from Imo State University, where I developed strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a disciplined approach to understanding systems a foundation that continues to shape how I manage facilities and infrastructure today.

To strengthen my professional capacity, I completed specialized certifications in Facility Management, including a Facility Management Certificate from Alison and the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Essential Training on Udemy. These programs deepened my knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, safety standards and operational best practices.

I also expanded my leadership and process-management skills through professional certifications such as the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Coursera’s Google platform and the Agile & Scrum Masterclass from Certification Edge. These certifications enhanced my ability to lead teams, improve workflows, and manage complex operations more efficiently.

Overall, my educational background combines technical understanding, structured thinking and modern operational management that perfectly aligns with the demands of facility management and operations leadership.
