Accurately enter customer information, account details and transaction data into the bank’s core banking system.

Update and maintain customer records in compliance with KYC and AML requirements.

Input loan application data, repayment schedules, and disbursement records correctly and promptly.

Verify source documents (deposit slips, withdrawal forms, loan documents) for accuracy before data entry.

Maintain proper filing (electronic and physical) of customers’ and loan documentation.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by operations, credit, and management teams.

Assist in reconciling transactions and identifying data discrepancies or errors.

Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and bank information at all times.

Support branch operations by providing accurate data for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.

Collaborate with tellers, credit officers, and operations staff to ensure timely and accurate record updates.

Perform routine system checks and escalate data-related issues to supervisors or IT support.

Comply with internal control procedures, CBN regulations, and bank policies.
