I am Marian Thompson. A young lady with excellent leadership qualities, highly skilled in business management, hospitable,  well mannered and hardworking. Starting a career in the hospitality industry and building on it over the years have broadened my understanding of business and people relations generally . Keeping me even more enthused and adventurous towards business.

As an enthused manager always eager to contribute to team success through hard work and creativity, organising my team, motivating and training them became easier than expected. However,  challenges always crept up, but always having strategies personally and from team members kept solutions very handy. Leading is a huge responsibility and could be difficult as well. But me being transparent, principled and accessible, opened that professional window of excellent relations amongst staffs. Keeping me abreast with all operations and happenings within the firm.

My most relevant education is my Bachelor's degree attained from the University of Benin. Being disciplined in Diplomacy has actually aided in giving my profession that sash in operations - specifically people relations and conflict resolutions.
