One of my biggest and most realistic goals is to be able to broaden my horizon across Financial and Management Accounting. I am a key team player/leader depending on the circle I find myself in, I focus on building my expertise, delivering key outcomes, rapidly adapting to a new work environment and learning new models.

At the beginning of my career even as a young university graduate, I was able to set-up a start-up company's whole accounting system and ensured it ran effectively and efficiently with little resources and training, in which I believe is one of my greatest accomplishments.

I never understood how much leadership skills I had in me until I was able to successfully supervise 3 branches of a food outlet while managing about 15 overall direct reports. About 25% revenue growth was achieved in a really minimal period with my ability to influence my team mates while also listening to their opinions.
