I act as a Transactional counsel, helping my clients navigate the legal complexities of the Capital market.

 Conduct due diligence on parties and businesses leading to a contractual relationship.
 Review the progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
 Provide the required legal assistance to the company in matters involving government or
regulatory agencies
 Provide legal advice on projects or commercial documents and transactions while ensuringthat the
company’s interests are protected.
 Ensure that all legal risks are identified, and appropriate actions are taken.
 Provide and interpret legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to the 
staff.
 Review and advise the management on the legal implications of policies and procedures.
 Prepare, and review legal contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that these are in 
compliance with all statutory or legal requirements of the company.
