I am responsible for providing legal advice, translating complicated legal jargons into simple language,; making recommendation after considering legal problems; minimizing risk for the organization; processing documents, writing and reviewing settlement documents and contracts; performing research such as codes, articles, and judicial decisions; identifying risks and analyzing the actions and decisions; Evaluating contractual transactions before execution;Ensuring continuous liaison with external solicitors for regular updates, compliance with procedural rules of court, stipulated time limits for actions so as to minimize cost and adverse effect of litigation;Requesting of updates from external solicitors on assigned cases as well as action points;Providing external solicitors with documents and correspondences that will aid cases.
