About Jessy Eni:

Jessy Eni is a senior management executive with experience including positions in human resources management, marketing, business development, process/system management and government relations.  Jessy has great interpersonal skills. She leverages this skill in employee relations, industrial relations, ensuring great coherence in organizational management and dealing with government parastatals and regulators.

Jessy is passionate about sustainability of organizations. She demonstrates creativity in delivering lasting results. As a change agent, Jessy drives culture change programmes to manage transitions in corporate mergers.

Jessy is very involved in the empowerment of young people for sustainable development. She is a volunteer mentor to young women in management.

Jessy holds an MBA from the Lagos State University (2002), specializing in Human Resource Management and a B.SC Zoology from the University of Port-Harcourt (1985). She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a fellow of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service).   • Led the implementation of long term and wider-reaching HR strategies/plans.
  • Ensured industrial harmony by steering meetings with the PENGASSEN and NUPENG Officials of the Industrial Unions to ensure harmonious working relationship.
  • Led a team that completely reworked my employer’s Human Resource Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to conform with the requirements of Integrated Management Systems; ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018
  •  Worked collaboratively on a major project that pivoted the position of an organization in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Lead teams that defended the company on Major Projects before committees of the Nigerian Senate and the Nigeria House of Representatives.
  • Main contact person with senior members of government agencies and regulators aptly representing the company.
