Jessy Eni

Jessy Eni is a senior management executive with experience including positions in human resources management, marketing, business development, process/system management and government relations.  Jessy has great interpersonal skills. She leverages this skill in employee relations, industrial relations, ensuring great coherence in organizational management and dealing with government parastatals and regulators.

Jessy is passionate about sustainability of organizations. She demonstrates creativity in delivering lasting results. As a change agent, Jessy drives culture change programmes to manage transitions in corporate mergers.

Jessy is very involved in the empowerment of young people for sustainable development. She is a volunteer mentor to young women in management.

Jessy holds an MBA from the Lagos State University (2002), specializing in Human Resource Management and a B.SC Zoology from the University of Port-Harcourt (1985). She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a fellow of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service).
