I am currently a Branch Operations Manager in United Bank for Africa. I offer a vision-driven approach to decision making, strategic planning, and tactical implementation that I am excited to bring to your team. I am recognized for my ability to motivate teams to achieve results beyond expectations while maintaining unwavering integrity and a tenacious work ethic.

I perceive customers as the main focus of every business and also the reason and drive behind every thriving organization. In line with C1st philosophy, it is paramount to always exceed their expectations, satisfy their needs and ensure that every product or service introduced is aimed at solving their needs with the introduction of a feedback mechanism.

In 2012, I started my career as a Sales Representative in Blast Technologies, an online Digital company. In 2013-2015, I worked as a Telemarketer in Ecobank Nigeria limited as a contact center agent.

In 2015, I was employed as a customer service representative in United Bank for Africa, was promoted to the position of a Head of Processing in 2020.

The following year, I was promoted to a Branch Operations Manager, supervising the operations Team and all activities of the business office, thereby ensuring smooth running of the branch. till date.
