• Consults IT knowledgebase(s), Internet, other team members and any other appropriate resources for the purposeof independent troubleshooting.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• AnyConnect Cisco NAC Software installation and configuration on system registry. 
• Office 365 installation and configuration 
• Windows Server installation, IP preservation on server and adding MAC Addresses on server.
• Organizing review with subject matter experts and escalation managers when additional support is needed.
• WAN, LAN Configurations and Troubleshooting.
• Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
• Monitors and maintains email applications, virus protection software, web filtering and monitoring appliances, and firewall profiles.
• General hardware and software maintenance.
• Give daily onsite and remote support to users of Win 10,11 OS, printer, laptops and desktops computers.
• Configuration of “mail on the go” on staff’s mobile phones. 
• Managing all the computer systems on the network, restricting some computer systems to unrelated websites (entertainment, sports, and social media). 
• Keeping inventory records of newly acquired systems dispatched systems and allocated systems to staffs.
