I am an IT end user support service professional with over 6 years demonstrate experience in IT and Telecommunications industry with robust knowledge of computer hardware, software, network/communication systems during my career period. I am an IT enthusiastic person with interest in networking and IT support services. I can prepare, manage, support and maintain IT and network/communication equipment with excellent technical user support to meet and exceed user’s expectations in other to achieve organizational goal.
I enjoy proffering solutions to I.T related challenges, by utilizing the knowledge and problem solving skills garnered from my field in promoting productivity efficiently while achieving organisation’s goal.

Experience

Current Position: End User Support Engineer CWG PLC/9mobile Nigeria - ITO (South West Regional Office)
 Provide end-user support activities for all 9mobile systems and mobile devices (phones, Subscriber Identity/Identification Module(SIM) registration devices and National Identification Number (NIN) devices) across South west states (Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ekiti and Ondo State)
 Provide technical support to users at the level of the workstation, desktops, printers, telephone sets and cell phones /tablet.
 Installation, configuration and setup of software on staffs’ computers in the company.
 Monitoring of all network infrastructures at the centers and ensure they are in good working condition
 Proffer resolutions to IT issues (network, projects, windows, e.t.c) in the south west and provide useful feedbacks and escalations when required.

 Provision technical assistance and support to the wired and wireless network, (WiFi) including voice, data and video conferencing.
 Assist the 9mobile Southwest Regional Office staff to resolve IT related issues.
 Ensure the repair or replacement of defective equipment through planned and approved intervention or refer it to suppliers for service or repair.
 Ensure that all incidents and service requests are logged in the ITSM tool.
 Manage communication/network hardware and software configurations, ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed.
 Evaluate security risks and their potential impact on the Office's IT equipment and services.
 Perform tasks related to the installation, upgrade, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the office computer network.
 Perform software upgrades on the office's computer equipment when necessary.
 Assist in Investigating and diagnosing complex network problems, in collaboration with users, colleagues in the IT Department at Headquarters
 Supervise the cabling operations and ensure maintenance.
 Ensure preventive maintenance of all IT equipment as well as UPS and others under the supervision of the position.
 Ensure the monitoring/supervision of the IT environment and provide periodic reports.
 Ensure the planning and supervision of video conferencing sessions in the meeting rooms or from user stations.
 Deployment of work tools (laptops, desktops and printers) and their accessories to staff
 Assist the project teams within the framework of IT and support in execution within the region.
