I managed/led in the last ten years the implementation of initiatives/projects, meant to create innovative practices to support, sustainable use of natural resources, livelihoods, manage conflicts and encourage the active participation of women.

 led in the last ten years the implementation of initiatives/projects, meant to create innovative practices to support, sustainable use of natural resources, livelihoods, manage conflicts and encourage the active participation of women. Also during the period, I was able to develop tools for data collection and as well as templates for reporting on the implementation of project activities, so as to track progress or setbacks. I have also acquired in the mentioned period experience in working and collaborating with stakeholders to develop/formulate programs that can impact positively on rural economy and minimize/eliminate conflicts between various resource users. I also conveyed during the period, a capacity building/training programmes to members of some Civil Society Organizations CSOs, Community Base Organizations CBOs and individuals that are interested on sustainable management of natural resources and managing territorial conflicts and regulatory issues, so as to promote best practices
