Experience

A strong team player with a high level of self-confidence having more than 8 years of progressive working experience as a humanitarian in the IOM UN Migration Agency, Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) Project/Programme which includes tools and methodology in Northeast Nigeria with working knowledge of the crisis before, during and after the crisis and has good negotiation skill with understanding on collaboration with local partners and local security forces. My expertise in the mission has gained me the opportunity to supervise/trained over 200 DTM enumerators in the Northeast / Northwest Project, and co-lead new projects within the Northeast which include Return Intention Survey (RIS), Stability Index Assessment (SI) Multi-Sectoral Need Assessment (MSNA) and other responsibilities include:
