I am a dual-qualified lawyer (Barrister and Solicitor, Nigeria, & Solicitor, England and Wales) with sound and extensive understanding of commercial/corporate law practice.

I am also a certified Project Management Professional and dedicated team player with excellent communication and planning/organizational skills, an exceptional work ethic, and ability to learn quickly and solve problems in a timely manner.

I have broad experience in advising clients from business start-ups to various industry stakeholders, in different sectors, on legal issues, including: corporate/commercial legal advisory and company secretarial services, employment and immigration, corporate restructuring and finance related matters. I am dedicated to providing high-quality legal advice and solutions that meet the needs of my clients.

I recently got qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales, prior to that I got called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 (graduated with a second class, upper division) and graduated with a first class from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, in 2015.
