I have 8 years of English teaching experience. Four of those years were spent on full-time English teaching jobs. I worked in a government secondary school teaching English to teenagers. I taught the Nigerian curriculum specifically — WAEC and Jamb. Some administrative duties were added, where I had to set up English competitions like spelling and public speaking (debates). Additionally, I was privileged to teach in a private A-level school. Where I taught English and Literature respectively. Aside from teaching, my duties included but were not limited to being the academic head of the English department. I was in charge of coordinating the English section as it was then called. I was exposed to other curriculums. I taught exams like IGCSE, SAT, SSAT, ISEE (English), IELTS and TOEFL. With these experiences, I was drafted by private companies to help teach students, adults whose sole aims were moving abroad for immigration or schooling purposes. I worked with Akiniku LTD as a part-time English and verbal teacher. I taught the English section of GMAT, GRE, SAT, SSAT, and ACTS. I also taught English exams like CAEL, CELPIP, CELT, IELTS, TOEFL, DUOLINGO ENGLISH TEST, and PTE. I worked and still work with Tractrain LTD, MindSmith LTD, Shodan Travels (traveling agency), Krypton Educational Services, and Luminoux LTD in a part-time capacity teaching all the exams mentioned above. During these spells of teaching, I was coming in and out of contracts to teach in companies not listed above. One worthy of mention was a contract with the French Embassy. I was contracted to teach a member of its staff (a Consol) Business English. The contract lasted for 5 months.

I have an MA in English and Literature. A BA in English and Literature. I have a TESOL/TEFL certification recognizing me as an international teacher capable of teaching online and abroad.
