    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to
    the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Oversee the sales process from
    lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and
    competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative
    marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing
    team to create compelling content, advertising materials, and digital marketing
    strategies.
  • Foster a positive and
    collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional
    development
  • Build and maintain strong
    relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize data analytics to assess
    the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on key
    performance metrics and present findings to senior management
  • Develop and manage the sales and
    marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in team management and development.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.



    Location: Preferably lives on the island or a commutable distance to Lekki phase 1
