- Develop and execute

Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
