  •  Spare-headed regular maintenance of the store. 
  • Supervised quality food delivery and quality control

  • Sending daily reports on store turnover and working towards meeting daily, weekly and monthly target.
  •  Attended board meetings weekly to strategize on how to meet monthly turnover.  
  • Responsible for staff management.

  • Groomed  waiters on excellent service delivery. 
  • Issuing of stock in the kitchen on a daily basis.
  •  Running food cost on pilot system on a weekly basis.
