I have a proven ability to increase efficiency in providing high-quality service to customers by ensuring that all their inquiries and complaints get resolved by effectively managing a team. It takes one with passion and experience to pull through the work I do because I ensure I hit my target and even exceed it. I want to be found relevant at this age, advance in my career, and get recognized in my workplace and so this drives me to give my best in all I do. I already have experience of how an online marketplace should be and good customer relationships because I feel fulfilled each time agitated customers get satisfied.
As much as I try to ensure that customers are satisfied, I do not compromise the company's policies. I try to strike a balance. I am good with issue resolutions, escalations, meeting deadlines, reporting, and setting targets whenever something is required of me. I am also a good thinker because I have a lot of work on my table, so I ensure that I keep to my time. It makes me think of fast ways to resolve issues as they come. I am a go-to person whom people always come to ask a question because I take my time to navigate through the office network. Over time I have successfully motivated, coached, inspired, trained, and directed my team members on the best ways and approaches to relate to customers and their needs to bring out the best in them and attain maximum customer satisfaction.All these I have achieved in both e-commerce and the banking industry.
