Emmanuel Chukwu

I am a trained Chartered Accountant and tax practitioner with over 10 years working experience in Oil & Gas industry as well as Construction, Audit & Tax, Real Estate, Food & Restaurant, Agro-Allied, and Media industries. I have  headed the Regulatory Compliance & Tax Unit of a Group of Company with ten (10) subsidiaries, and have been involved in series of company projects to support and strengthen their capacities, carryout financial audits, design, implement, monitor, and evaluate financial reporting system, improve internal controls, restructure compensation plan, etc.

I have vast knowledge in regulatory compliance and tax, inventory control, debt recovery, financial audit, financial analysis, data analysis, and customer relationship management.
Throughout my studies and working experience, I have learnt not only the scientific and technical skills, which
are fundamentally important in field of sales, payroll management, regulatory compliance, tax, accounting & finance, but also how to collaborate with others, share ideas and proffer solutions to some challenging business management issues.

I'm a Chartered Accountant and  a member of the Association of Cost Analysts and Estimators in Nigeria as a member of Accountancy Bodies in West Africa. I've over 5 years of post qualification experience and my footprints cut across Oil & Gas, Construction, Real Estate, Agriculture and Media industries.

I had my Bachelor degree in Accounting from University of Port Harcourt and my Masters degree in Accountancy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. I have attended professional training programme organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria targeted at updating the knowledge base of their members to be in tune with economic developments/dynamics.
